SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing Orders are processed within 24h-48h working hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

- Mainland Spain: 2-5 working days
- Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5-10 working days
- Europe: 5-10 working days
- International: 10-20 working days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before confirming the purchase.
Order tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can check the status of your shipment at all times.
Delays Greated Store is not responsible for delays caused by causes beyond our control (customs, weather conditions, strikes, etc.). Undelivered orders If an order cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the buyer (incorrect address, repeated absence, etc.), the reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.
RETURN POLICY
Return period You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return, in accordance with Spanish consumer legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
Conditions The product must be in its original condition, unused and with the packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged by the customer or that do not retain their original packaging.

Return costs The shipping costs of the return are borne by the customer, unless the product arrives defective or is our error. Refund Once the product has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 5-10 working days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
